2026 Prom Pop Up Salon

Okay, we need to talk about Prom Day.

Because honestly? We're still not over it.

Last Saturday we threw open the doors at Le Fête Royale at 9:00 AM ready for all of the prom excitement and rainy-day-approved activities. And what a day it was. We had hair and makeup, nails, permanent jewelry, a professional photographer, snacks, lemonade, a steamer station, and — most importantly — so many wonderful people filling up our space.

Here's the thing about prom season that gets us every time: it's not really about the dance. It's about the experience of the whole day. The getting ready portion of the day plays such a huge role in the memories that we carry with us - the group texts, the running late, the "does this look okay?", the moms trying not to cry while pretending they're not crying. We got to be the backdrop for all of that on Saturday, and we honestly could not be more grateful.

Spotlight on Kellie with Kleo Nails

Kellie with Kleo Nails showed up and absolutely delivered. She was a busy bee all day long, but somehow she had time to make everyone feel taken care of — prom-goers and walk-ins alike. We watched each person approach her table with a little sparkle in their eye and leave smiling, nails done, ready to take on the night. That's a gift. We're so lucky she brought it to Le Fête Royale and cannot WAIT to have her back!

Spotlight on Lori with jBloom PermaLinx

Lori with jBloom PermaLinx was the surprise hit of the day! Permanent jewelry was the thing people couldn't stop talking about. We had friends dragging friends over, moms jumping in, and yes — even a few dads checking things out. (Lori handled it beautifully, for the record.) If you haven't experienced permanent jewelry yet, you are genuinely missing out, and we 100% will be bringing Lori back very soon as well.

Spotlight on Ascendance Productions

Our sister company, Ascendance Productions, was on-site all day providing hair and makeup services, and we are so proud of the work that was done. Appointments filled up fast — but we made sure anyone who needed a touch-up before they headed out the door was taken care of. Watching our artists be part of so many people's prom day memories is exactly the kind of work that lights us up.

The part we keep thinking about, though?

Just watching groups of friends doing final touch-ups, laughing, completely comfortable in the space. That's the whole point. Not a venue you stress about — just a place where you get to enjoy the moment.

We had people come just for photos. People who stayed all day. People who wandered in out of the rain to just enjoy a little pampering. Every single one of them made the day what it was.

So, from the bottom of our hearts — thank you.
