Wedding Package #1

Fall in love with the historic charm of Le Fête Royale—an elevated, downtown setting that feels timeless, romantic, and effortlessly photogenic. Wedding Package #1 is perfect for couples hosting their ceremony elsewhere who want an unforgettable reception space without the restrictions (and required vendor minimums) that come with most wedding venues.

You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the venue for a full 12-hour rental on your reserved date, with room for up to 150 guests (approx. 100 seated banquet). Choose the floor plan that fits your celebration, with venue tables and black Chiavari chairs included. Our team will handle setup and teardown of the venue-owned items included in your booking, so you can stay focused on your guests and the experience.

What truly sets Le Fête Royale apart for weddings is flexibility: you can DIY your food and beverages or work with the licensed, insured vendors of your choice—creating a reception that matches your style, priorities, and budget.

Optional enhancements are available to help you personalize the look and logistics of your day, including linen rentals and select in-house décor and serving pieces (as available).

Please note: Package #1 is for the reception only and does not include an on-site ceremony or room flip. If you’d like to host both your ceremony and reception at Le Fête (including the room flip), ask about Wedding Package #2.

Wedding Package #2
(Ceremony + Reception with Room Flip)

Wedding Package #2 is designed for couples who want the historic charm of Le Fête Royale for both their ceremony and reception—plus the convenience of having the space transitioned for you.
​
You’ll enjoy exclusive use of our venue on your reserved date for a full 12-hour rental, with room for up to 150 guests (approx. 100 seated banquet). Your day begins with an on-site ceremony set up in the space, followed by a room flip in the back half of the venue: we’ll pull out the ceremony setup, move the ceremony chairs, and reset the space according to your requested reception layout. If you’ve rented our linens, we’ll place those during the flip as well.

Just like Package #1, you’ll love the flexibility most venues don’t offer: you may DIY your food and beverages or work with the licensed, insured vendors of your choice—no required catering lists or minimum spends.
​
Clients are responsible for table décor and styling unless renting our available décor or adding coordination services. Optional enhancements are available, including linen rentals, select in-house décor rentals (as available), and coordination services for couples who want more hands-on support.
