Our Rates
Le Fête Royale rents in set windows rather than by the hour. Pick the window that fits your day, and the whole space is yours for it.
Your window includes everything: setup, your event, and teardown. Build all three into the window you choose. The longer the window, the lower the effective hourly rate, so if your plans are close to the edge of a window, book up rather than cutting it fine. Working with a caterer? Choose a window that gives them prep time inside it.
The space is clean and ready when your window opens. We handle standard cleaning and turnover afterward, with no cleaning fee and no damage deposit. You are still responsible for the space: return it tidy using the checkout list in your confirmation, and any damage, excess cleaning, or missing items is invoiced after your event under your rental agreement.
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | $110/hour, 3-hour minimum ($330)
Looking for a space to hold your quarterly luncheon? Perhaps your team could use a change of scenery to workshop that big project. Or maybe you're looking to host your class in a space that's there only when you need it. The possibilities are endless.
Weekday rentals are light-touch: the room, the tables, the chairs. Linens, décor and setup help are available as add-ons. Wednesdays are reserved for Study Hall and private tours.
Weekends
Friday–Sunday | Set windows from $600
Life's special moments deserve the biggest of celebrations. Let us provide the space. Baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, celebrations of life, and so much more happen right here at Le Fête Royale.
Third day — 4 hours — $600. Morning, afternoon or evening.
Half day — 7 hours — $910. Daytime or evening.
Full day — 12 hours — $1,500. You choose the start, anywhere from 8:00 AM to noon.

What's better than a holiday party? One that's stress free! With our cozy seating area, family-style kitchenette space, and tables and chairs available to you, Le Fête Royale allows you to be fully present for those special moments.
Weddings
