Le Fête Royale LLC ("Le Fête Royale," "we," "us," or "our") operates an event venue at 408 Main Street West in New Prague, Minnesota. By using the Site and Communications, you agree to these Terms. 1. Bookings Are Made by Signed Rental Agreement

Nothing on the Site, in a form, or in an email or text creates a reservation. Your date is reserved only when you and Le Fête Royale have both signed a Venue Rental Agreement and the required deposit has been received. Pricing, packages, availability and photos shown on the Site are for general information and may change until confirmed in a signed agreement.

 

2. Your Signed Agreement Controls

If you book with us, your signed Venue Rental Agreement (including its exhibits and policies) governs your rental, payments, cancellations, venue rules and all other terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

 

3. Information You Submit

When you submit a form or send us information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Emails and Text Messages

By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Le Fête Royale about your inquiry, your event, and related offers. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

 

5. Reviews, Testimonials and Photos

We welcome honest reviews on any platform, and we do not offer payment or incentives in exchange for positive reviews. If you share a review, testimonial or photo with us, or give us permission to feature your event, you allow us to display it, with your first name or as you approve, on our Site, social media and marketing materials. You may ask us to stop featuring your content at any time by contacting us.

 

6. Our Content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, belong to Le Fête Royale or are used with permission of their owners, including the photographers we credit. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
